Established in 2006, INDA Gallery presents contemporary art in Hungary and at artfairs abroad. We work with young talents, recognised established artists and older masters. In solo and group exhibitions, we show works in a variety of media, ranging from painting and graphics to sculpture, photo, video, glass, textile and installation. As part of our programme, we organise studio visits and guided tours of our shows, held by our in-house experts, independent art historians, ones affiliated with public art institutions, or by the artists themselves. INDA also publishes books and catalogues.
At Budapest Contemporary we will open a time tunnel between the 1990s and the present. Works by Marianne Csáky, Lajos Csontó, Ilona Lovas, András Ravasz, Ádám Szabó and Ágnes Uray-Szépfalvi from the last decade of the 20th century will be shown side by side with their art of the present day, as well as with pieces by those of our youngest artists whose practice can be related thematically or medially with the older generation’s. Such young artists include Eszter Metzing, Gábor Koós, Barnabás Neogrády-Kiss and Éva Boglárka Zellei.
