The Rechnitzer Gallery represents and showcases a new generation of contemporary artists. Our goal is to provide a space for fresh, innovative voices and to offer them a platform both domestically and internationally.

The gallery was founded in 2024 by Zsófia Rechnitzer. Experienced in both the non-profit and commercial art worlds, she has been an active figure in the Hungarian contemporary art scene since the early 2010s.

At the Budapest Contemporary art fair, we are presenting a fresh selection of works by artists from the Rechnitzer Gallery. The selection showcased at the fair is inspired by the theme of antiquity, with the works evoking the world of ancient Greek and Roman culture through subtle allusions.
