Einspach & Czapolai Fine Art

At the end of September, Einspach & Czapolai will once again be among the exhibitors at Budapest Contemporary. This time, our booth centers on the connections between different generations, artistic positions, and creative attitudes. The presented selection aims to draw attention to the formal and conceptual diversity of the gallery's program, while mapping out visual and intellectual interconnections that open up individual bodies of work toward new perspectives and interpretations.

As one of the booth's highlighted projects, we offer an exciting preview of Tamás Dezső's solo exhibition material, which will be presented at Paris Photo in November 2026. The artist is currently working on a new conceptual photo opus in which the animal kingdom plays a prominent role alongside plant life.

At our art fair booth, the works of Johnny Niesche and Márton Nemes will be shown together once again, building upon the highly successful collaboration that launched at our gallery in the spring and continued in Australia this autumn. Their joint presentation at Budapest Contemporary marks another milestone in this continuously evolving artistic dialogue.

Alongside mid-career artists, the older generations and estates represented by the gallery continue to play a prominent role. Special attention will be paid to István Haász, who is celebrating his eightieth birthday this year and whose work will be featured at several Budapest institutions throughout the autumn. From the rich painterly estate of Sándor Molnár, we focus on monochrome paintings linked to the concept of "emptiness," while from the oeuvre of Gizella Rákóczy, we highlight the spiral, which became one of the foundational motifs of her painting practice.

Furthermore, the booth features a curated selection of the latest works by the artist duo Muntean/Rosenblum, Gábor Pap, and Gábor Fülöp, as well as Ákos Ezer, László Fehér, Tamás Jovanovics, Dániel Kármán, Gábor Király, Mira Makai, Tamás Soós, and Béla Szilárdi.
