The MAN FANTASY SERIES: Power Serve is a research-based installation that examines the visual mechanisms of male sexual fantasies, the objectification of the female body, and the power dynamics rooted in pornography. The project highlights how pornography shapes male identity and behavior, while reflecting on themes of masculinity and desire through ironic, dark humor. All of this takes place within a cultural context where discourses on female desire and sexuality remain incomplete, and the autonomous narrative of female pleasure continues to be sidelined.

The central metaphor of the project is ping-pong—a game built on speed, reaction, and dominance—through which the mechanics of the male gaze and the system of gender roles mediated by visual culture are revealed. "Power Serve" is not merely a sports term, but a symbolic gesture: an emblem of male control, initiative, and expectation.

The playful yet critical visual language of Power Serve invites reflection:

Who is playing, and with whom? Who is in control, and who sets the rules?

Alongside its critique, the work offers the possibility of reimagining these dynamics—creating a space to serve it right back.
