Application

Exhibitors appearing at the Fair are expected to be engaged in the promotion and presentation of contemporary art, as well as in the professional introduction and representation of artists and artistic productions. The fair aims to present artworks created in the 21st century or at the end of the 20th century, and to a lesser extent earlier works from the second half of the 20th century.

The exhibition material of the Fair is organized into SECTIONS. Each section presents art galleries and representatives engaged in commercial activities within a unified exhibition area, in separate exhibition stands. Participation in a section is subject to the exhibitor:

• having a publicly accessible exhibition space with regular opening hours;
• implementing a continuous temporary exhibition program;
• conducting commercial activity;
• professionally representing and managing its contracted artists or partners;
• operating a registered business entity in compliance with applicable legal regulations.

Standard stand equipment

Stand size 20–50 m² Rental fee: 120 EUR / m² + VAT

• built walls made of 16 mm chipboard, drillable during installation
• white-painted interior wall surface, approx. 2.8 m high
• 1 × 50W lamp every 2 meters
• 1 stand sign
• 1 single electrical outlet

Stand size 50–100 m² Rental fee: 110 EUR / m² + VAT

• built walls made of 16 mm chipboard, drillable during installation
• white-painted interior wall surface, approx. 2.80 m high
• 1 × 50W lamp every 2 meters
• 1 stand sign
• 1 single electrical outlet

Registration fee: 200 EUR + VAT

* Beyond the standard equipment, additional stand elements can be ordered.

The outer wall surface of the stands is not included in the standard equipment. If the stand has an external wall surface, it can be rented as an additional stand element.

** The stand area includes the footprint of the built walls belonging to the stand. The available stand size and area may be influenced by the architectural features of the exhibition venue; deviations from the floor plan provided to exhibitors may be up to 5%.

The following services are provided to exhibitors

• appearance on the official website of the fair
• exhibitor cards, which provide continuous access to the fair during opening hours and 1 hour before official opening each day
• the possibility to invite VIP guests, who receive full access to the Fair’s VIP programs and services

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND INVOICING:

- Participation fee / First installment

Upon application, the exhibitor receives an invoice for the first installment, amounting to 30% of the net stand fee + VAT, payable within 8 calendar days from the invoice date.
Failure to pay the first installment on time may result in the application becoming invalid. In case of accepted applications, the rental fee is non-refundable if the applicant withdraws from participation.

- Participation fee / Second installment

Exhibitors will receive an invoice for the remaining second installment 45 days prior to the exhibition. The payment deadline for the second installment is 15 calendar days from the invoice date.
