POV Budapest, the city’s conference for visual practices and one of Europe’s most international design gatherings, joins forces with DEMO Festival from the Netherlands — the world’s leading showcase of motion design — to present a special pavilion at Budapest Contemporary.

The installation features curated submissions from Central and Eastern Europe shown alongside highlights from DEMO. Motion design, often rooted in applied practices and positioned outside the traditional boundaries of the art world, here takes shape within an art fair context. With this step, POV signals its ambition to embed design-led practices into the wider field of contemporary art and open a space for new dialogue.
